Join us in welcoming Dr. Rachel Wright to our Nashville office!
Dr. Wright grew up in Indiana and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She went on to complete a small animal medicine and surgery internship at Auburn University, followed by a fellowship in comparative ocular pathology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She then completed a specialty ophthalmology internship in Miami and a comparative ophthalmology residency at the University of Georgia.
Dr. Wright is excited to call Tennessee her new home! She lives in Nashville with her two cats, Fava and Adzuki, and her two dogs, Pinto and Beans. She enjoys working closely with patients and their families to provide the highest quality of care for a wide range of eye conditions. As the owner of a blind dog herself, Dr. Wright has a special passion for helping clients adapt to life with a blind pet. Outside of work, she is a prolific baker, an avid reader, and a lifelong equestrian.
